Always a lovely stay, staff amazing, food fab, nice relaxed atmosphere, will be back soon.

Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers. However idle rocks was perfect !!

beautiful property setting, however, it is getting old in the rooms and hallways, carpets were dirty, items not working in the room, lights for mirrors, had to report a few minor issues, however, they were looked into and fixed right away.

Beautiful unique hotel. A relaxing, quiet, retreat. Wonderful food, which could not fault. Amazing tropical gardens leading to secluded beach. Totally recommend for peace and tranquil time.

The evening meal menu was repetitive on one occasion the wrong fried breakfast was given despite my complaint. The manner of one of the receptions was brusque. There was a lack of information as to what facilities were available. In general there was a lack of humour and bonne amie.

Everything about the stay was great.
