Hotel Fenix itself was awesome and the amenities were great. But the staff is really what makes this place special. Ernesto, Sam, Julian, and the whole team were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The rooms are superb !!!! The restaurant Animare is outstanding !!! The staff is amazing. Leonardo, Karen , Eduardo y Roberto are there to please you before you even know what you need. They know your needs without asking. Best staff ever. The breakfast was always delicious and with numerous options. it's necessary to mention the beautiful and cozy bar. Don't forget to try the "Coco Ceviche" as an appetizer. In general, there is nothing you can ask to improve the place and the service, because the staff already did it and delivered.

It is a charming colonial house, tastefully decorated, with a good breakfast and an excellent location. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant incident during check-in due to the receptionist’s incompetence, which unfortunately put a damper on our stay at the hotel. In addition all the noise carries into the rooms.
