We loved our 2 night stay, the room exceeded our expectations and the staff was always available and friendly. Safe, secure charming hotel in the quieter San Diego area of Old City. We would a stay again.

We had such an amazing stay at Hotel Fenix, the staff did an amazing job at taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed. Ernesto specifically did a great job at helping coordinate ATV rides, Boat Days, Dinner reservations, and went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. Thank you for such a great stay!

La propiedad y las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. La ubicación es muy buena para quienes quieren pasear caminando por la ciudad amurallada. Lo único malo fue la tremenda bulla que meten acomodando sillas y mesas del rooftop, hasta la madrugada, y luego nuevamente 5h30 o 6h00 am. Si les toca en el 3er piso con vista a la calle, pidan que les cambien de piso, o descansar será casi imposible!

El hotel es espectacular! Totalmente limpio, totalmente experiencia de ciudad vieja, la psicina es hermosa, los cuartos bellísimos. Dos cosas por criticar, el desayuno se demora bastante, aunque esta riquísimo eso si, y normalmente hacen noches de musica en vivo entonces si tu plan es ir a descansar desde una hora temprana esto te puedo molestar. Pero si tu plan es disfrutar de la musica en vivo este hotel te fascinara!

The rooms are superb !!!! The restaurant Animare is outstanding !!! The staff is amazing. Leonardo, Karen , Eduardo y Roberto are there to please you before you even know what you need. They know your needs without asking. Best staff ever. The breakfast was always delicious and with numerous options. it's necessary to mention the beautiful and cozy bar. Don't forget to try the "Coco Ceviche" as an appetizer. In general, there is nothing you can ask to improve the place and the service, because the staff already did it and delivered.
