Superb. One of the best (if not the best) boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All the space is exquisitely designed. The food is glorious but it’s the staff what makes it absolutely outstanding. Yes you can stay in so many other different small, boutique, design-forward hotels in CDMX, but know, you’ll be missing out.

Good location, nice boutique hotel. Room was too small for a 7 day stay. Lived out of suitcase due to lack of dresser (only miniature wall closet for 6 hangers 2 letter size drawers). Room did not have privacy. Glass sliding door for whole bath and toilet. No sound privacy between room and common hall. Lighting was not bright enough makeup.

We had a great stay at Utopic in Polanco. The location was excellent, the hotel was comfortable, and the overall experience was very welcoming. A special thank you to Daniel and Ingrid, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay. They really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the security lady at the entrance. She was always kind, welcoming, and attentive whenever we came and went. Her warm attitude was a great reflection of the hospitality we experienced throughout the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Utopic to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Polanco. We would happily come back on our next visit to Mexico City!
