Querétaro Vacation Packages

Estuvo excelente en todo.

Everything was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and ample! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Layout and decor of the hotel is amazing. If anything I would say that the location of the small pool is not practical in front of the restaurant. We didnt miss having a pool available on this trip but we would not have wanted to use it in this location. That said, we would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is much more dated than the photos imply. The rooms are very clean yet more on the rustic side. The gym is tiny and in a very exposed area of the hotel which is not very inviting. There are a lot of staff but many are neither knowledgeable nor particularly helpful. There were friendly and helpful staff, too, but the overall impression is that this is a large hotel with a lot of through flow of travel groups and that emphasis is not on making individual guests feel taken care of. - On the good side, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff who makes the omelettes is excellent.
