A lot of mosquitos

My husband and I wanted to visit Arles and explore Provence at the same time. We chose this hotel because it was out in the countryside. It is a very safe, secure and charming setting with fields or sunflowers and rice! where the noise of the birds, crickets and frogs are audible day and night. The gardens are extensive and beautiful, very natural and relaxing…. Lovely nighttime strolls and daytime walks made it a feast for the senses, ancient and new seats everywhere to sit and absorb the ambience. The pool is well maintained and spacious with lots of seats and parasols if needed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with options for eggs if wanted. We were told to bring in our own food and drink if we wanted and utensils etc are provided onsite. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely new bathroom and shower en-suite. Overall, it made me understand why Van Gogh painted so many of his paintings of Arles and the countryside around it. We will definitely be back. A charming authentic p k ace to stay. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information. Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan. The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.

This is not really a hotel. It is not staffed. Its a remodeled apart building with five flights of stairs and no elevator. There's nothing here, it's desolate street alongside a freight train line. Stay somewhere else. And even though you are mislead by the pictures, and the description which makes it sound like a hotel, it's not. Stay somewhere, anywhere else. And don't expect Expedia to refund your money when you cut this stay mercifully short and go somewhere else.

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful place in Beaucaire. Staff members were friendly and welcoming, our triple rooms were comfortable and had nice views, the swimming pool was a big plus, and breakfast was great! Wish we had time to have other meals there. Would definitely stay here again. There were fun things to do in Beaucaire, and it was an easy and pleasant 25-min drive to Avignon, where we caught the last days of the Festival d'Avignon.

Hotel is good but the room is a little bit small
