"Very comfy Bed"
Very nice time. Nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. A bit farther from downtown than I figured from the site. And I was disappointed that there are windows from the lobby looking into the swimming area!!! What were they thinking?

"Sweet surprise "
The annex room inn is in a great location one street behind Ontario street. We had an executive queen which was very spacious with a small couch & a couple arm chairs in front of a fireplace. Two queen beds with lovely linens & a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub & shower. There was free wifi & parking but no free breakfast. Although the room had a coffee maker& fridge. Very clean. We were on the second floor , 3 suites on each floor, there is a 3rd floor, no elevator so be prepared to lug your suitcases up a flight or two.. Check was at the Bentley restaurant which worked out great & we were able to get into our room early.

"Snowstorm shelter beckoned"
I booked a room while still on the train from Stratford! The weather was really snowy there and deteriorated even further once we got closer to St. Mary's.We were desperate for a place to stay overnight as there was about 12 inches of snow and nothing plowed. The Stone Willow was just fine once we got there - we got stuck twice on hills on the way out of St. Mary's and were panicking! The man on duty behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. He said he had gotten an email from expedia about our arrival about half an hour earlier. Check-in was smooth! Our room was spacious, quiet and warm. The inn could use a bit of titivating: Mattress was a bit hard and the toilet ran until my husband turned it off under the tank. The shower stall was a bit rusty; chair in the dining room was a bit like a bucket (I sat on the edge of mine at bkfst). Breakfast was a bit skimpy - e.g. no cream cheese for the bagels. However, the fact we could get in out of the storm was such a god-send. We had a pleasant night's sleep! And breakfast was fine for our purposes. The parking lot had been plowed at least twice overnight so we had no trouble driving on it when we left.

"great start into a new year"
My husband and I stood at the Chisholm B+B for 3 days, attending a new years eve festivity at the Bruce Hotel. We choose that B+B because it looked very romantic from the outside but also the 'English Room' which has a 4-poster-bed. It was inside as romantic as it looked from the outside! The bed has been very comfortable, the bathroom specious with a huge shower cubicle and a claw foot bath. The room lays at the front of the house on a very busy street, but the traffic dies down about 11pm, so no problem there. Two thing are a bit of a downer - at least for us: 1. the beautiful radiators don't work and the nice electric fireplace that heats the room is very noisy. 2. the pillows are very hard but that's a personal 'thing'....A rare amenity though: there's a coat stand in the room! The common rooms are lovely decorated, great dining room, excellent table settings and on top of it a delicious breakfast! Our host Heather found everyday something new to surprise us. We had a really relaxing stay! There's one thing though: we booked through Expedia and didn't contact the B+B by phone. I can't remember reading anything that there's a dog in the house. We have dogs of our own and German Shepard 'Stella' is a lovely girl but if someone has allergies or is afraid of dogs would be very surprised if they arrive. Maybe it could be mentioned in the description.

Stratford is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Stratford, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Stratford hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
