"Nice Hotel, breakfast was good too."
It had plenty of parking spaces. We visited our daughter's in-law's, then it was too late to drive to Cobourg (350km.)

"Days Inn Woodstock stay for 2 nights"
We went to Woodstock with our two kids for 2 nights. Pros: The beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly (provided extra towels), WiFi worked well, the room was renovated, good choice of TV channels, ample parking, good breakfast. Got a small fridge and microwave, beautiful lobby, plenty of electrical outlets to plugs our devices. Very close to restaurants and Walmart! Close to the highway! Cons: The bathroom door didn't have a lock and wasn't closing properly. Breakfast room was in the basement (dim light)

"Quirky home in leafy south western Ontario town. "
This is a family run Bed and Breakfast in their large private house. "Welcomed" by a notice saying "please remove your shoes". Neither my husband or myself are comfortable walking in stockinged feet. Disposable slippers should be provided. Our room was huge and quirkily furnished. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath with shower in it. The side of the bath was very deep and my over-80 husband was unable to get in and out of it. Staying there was an interesting experience. Breakfast was also unusual but plentiful. The area is attractive, the house magnificent and it will certainly appeal to travellers wanting a different style of accommodation to the soulless city hotel.. We would recommend it to SOME of our friends! It was spotlessly clean and the bed was enormous and comfortable.

"Snowstorm shelter beckoned"
I booked a room while still on the train from Stratford! The weather was really snowy there and deteriorated even further once we got closer to St. Mary's.We were desperate for a place to stay overnight as there was about 12 inches of snow and nothing plowed. The Stone Willow was just fine once we got there - we got stuck twice on hills on the way out of St. Mary's and were panicking! The man on duty behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. He said he had gotten an email from expedia about our arrival about half an hour earlier. Check-in was smooth! Our room was spacious, quiet and warm. The inn could use a bit of titivating: Mattress was a bit hard and the toilet ran until my husband turned it off under the tank. The shower stall was a bit rusty; chair in the dining room was a bit like a bucket (I sat on the edge of mine at bkfst). Breakfast was a bit skimpy - e.g. no cream cheese for the bagels. However, the fact we could get in out of the storm was such a god-send. We had a pleasant night's sleep! And breakfast was fine for our purposes. The parking lot had been plowed at least twice overnight so we had no trouble driving on it when we left.

"Stayed one night."
Stayed one night. Entire hotel had been booked for wedding party. A boisterous crowd, but apart from some noise in the halls and a dog bark or two (hotel allows pets), we weren't bothered by the wedding guests. However, they did take over the bar and restaurant, which meant we had to venture out for meals. Room was clean, big, sparsely furnished, and with a sloping floor. Lots of light. Bathroom supplies were minimal but all that was needed. I don't recall any coffee machine. There were some drinks available, but no minibar. Flat screen TV with enough channels. Internet was fast enough. We had no expectations before arriving. We would return to this hotel if passing though. But we'd check first to see if there are any wedding parties planned.

Woodstock is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Woodstock, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Woodstock hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
