The pillows on the bed are 12x12” way to small to sleep with they compress to nothing as soon as you put your head on them terrible. Finally the beds feel pretty comfy but are actually hard as a rock I’ve never woke up more sore in my life. Never staying here again.

Room wasn’t ready for check in on arrival at 1:45 pm. Yes yes I know, 4 pm check in. So refund me for checking out at 7 am. Room floor was very drafty from the frigid outside cold weather, noisy snow removal tractor outside my patio doors, poor sound insulation etc etc

The room was okay, the staff were courteous. What we didn’t like were the heater controls and the light from the smoke detector was so bright and always flashing. Not to mention the mirror is placed so that the lights on it are reflected directly to the sleeping area. Not noticeable in daytime but when you’re trying to sleep, it’s annoying.
