This property was comfortable and clean. The staff was knowledgable and helpful and very friendly. It’s conveniently located to the highway but also makes it very noisy but we enjoy our stay and we will most likely be back again the next time we have to be in the area.

Very bad decision

Customer service lady do not know even ABC of customer service. I booked room for one night after check in I noticed room has a lot distracting with walking ln the lobby and too much traffic noise. When I asked customer service to change my room she said that from tomorrow I will change your room . I said that this room is not acceptable she said that have used room? . Completely out of mind answer and behaviour . Washroom was not cleaned shower handle was sticky, around bathroom faucet deposited white things. Everything was good. Clean rooms , good food . Only one issue. I called the hotel staff on august 31st to ask whether is it ok if my friend stay with me overnight for the first night of stay. And the lady on call said “YES” it is absolutely fine to have an overnight guest because your room has a king size bed that u can share. She told me that she noted it down on my booking that there will be an overnight guest. On Sep 11 Thursday, when I checked in, I just told the lady on reception that my friend will stay with me for the first night of stay. She told me that overnight visitors are not allowed according to the hotel policy. So I had to pay an extra $100 for my friend’s stay. I didn’t want to argue with the staff at that time because my friend was with me. But this is really bad. If it was not allowed they should have told me when i called them, so that i could choose another place. But they told me on my check in day, when I had no options left but to pay the extra money. This is not good!!
