Tried to call the front desk multiple times every time it would hang up after ringing off the hook for 2 mins. Had to pay for parking (not noted anywhere you have to pay) The whole hotel was just younger people partying. Tried to complain about noise and no one ever answered. Checking in took a long time even tho they had 3 people working the desk… Overall I would give the hotel a 2. Woke up at 8 am to the younger people yelling across the balcony’s. It was an overall bad stay unfortunately.

Went during march break with 3 kids and had an Excellent stay. Convenient location, pool was a good size. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet had great selection. If you need to add a cot, make sure you get premium queen - staff accommodated us for this, but would have been difficult if we went on a busier night. Just a note about the arcade - most games don’t work, and we lost some coins in faulty games. The bowling alley has probably seen better days but it worked and was a fun addition. I can imagine this spot to be easily taken over by teams on a tournament, which could be an issue if you’re not a part of the group. Overall, would recommend.

DISSAPOINTED! NOISY! UNSAFE!

We planned a weekend getaway. Decided to go with the Crowne plaza hotel for its proximity to dinner and our event. When booking online, I requested a walk-in shower. On arrival, standard greeting, room was ready, hostest was very nice, but a little hard to understand her. They assigned us to the 4th floor. The fourth floor was loud! Teenage girls running around, doors opening and closing, other doors left open, parents standing in the hallway! It was a team of some sort! Got into the room, opened the blinds, had a look around. Room was clean. Opened the washroom door, no walk in shower! We put up with the noise, thinking it was during the day, kids were probably excited to be on a road trip and that we were going to dinner within an hour or so. We left and returned in the evening between 9:30-10:00pm. The noise level didn't drop! It kept going until 11-11:30! Finally was able to fall asleep. For 5 1/2 hours! The entire team got up early and the noise started all over again and lasted for about an hour or slightly more! Now we were awake! We decided that we had enough and that we would go out for. breakfast. We packed up and took our belongings back to our car, located at the parking garage belonging to the hotel. Well, there were 3 police cruisers in the alley. 1 officer was in his car. He rolled down his window and suggested that we move along quickly and safely! Thanks for the lovely stay Crowne Plaza Hotel!
