Our stay was amazing. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the hotel pool/slide was great! Surprised that there isn't a stronger chemical smell throughout the building. The lifeguards are constantly checking state of the water. I would for sure stay there again.

I was in town dealing with a family medical emergency and found the staff to be very accommodating. They were compassionate and kind and were quick to ask how my family member was doing. If you’re going for the water slide go on weekend!

Was visiting Ontario and took my nieces there for the night. We had a great time in the pool and arcade, but we’re incredibly disappointed to find out the water slide is only open on weekends. I didn’t read anywhere that the water slide was closed through the week. The inside of the hotel was quite nice, and they are currently renovating rooms. I was a little unsettled in the parking lot as there were people doing drugs openly on a grassy area.

The pool and arrium area are amazing. The rokms were clean and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Kiran, then Manager did a great job getting our a/c issue resolved and went above and beyond. Will go again!
