My 20 yr old and myself had a great time. Very clean, staff were amazing. The only part we didn’t like was kids in the hot tub under 16. They treated it like an additional swimming pool with splashing and doing handstands. It’s not that big of a hot tub. I would change the age on it.

I booked a king suite in advance for my twins’ 6th birthday, which I noted at the time of booking. I called a few times before the check-in date to inquire about how many children I can bring to the pool or whether I can buy additional wristbands. I was told explicitly they do not do birthday parties and only hotel guests can swim, maximum of 6 per room. So I rented a second room (just so my twins could have their cousins and one friend each from school come swimming for a couple hours). When we arrived, the entire table areas had been blocked off / reserved for two other children’s birthday parties…after I’d been explicitly told this was not allowed. Communication was very poor. Also, the coffee maker was located in the bathroom in my suite, and the only coffee provided was decaf. For the amount I paid, I am not satisfied.
