Really clean and smart modern Hotel. On-site parking is really convenient however the park-and-ride is a short walk away and cheap cheaper. I’d also recommend using the park-and-ride to get in and out of Cambridge rather than the slower local buses.

The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management ...

The air conditioning didn’t work. In order to call the front desk, you need to access WiFi and message them on WhatsApp. To access WiFi you need to turn on the TV. The TV didn’t work. Trying to solve problems that don’t exist only creates more problems. Decent water pressure though!
