Stockerston Vacation Packages

This once amazing hotel is showing signs of complacency! Stay here twice a year over the past few years this has always been a great hotel but now they need to work on a number of items. Breakfast ! Was dismal stay longer than 2 days and it’s still the same items that’s if the staff can be bothered to refill them. Rooms are now looking tired and not all the staff know how to make them up. Finally bar staff / bar stay away and walk down the road the staff here are not great. Don’t think I will stay again

Nice aparthotel however i thought the beds were poor. Comfortable enough but two singles pushed together and rickety frames. In bathroom toilet rollholder missing, hole in wallfilled in but not painted over.

We travelled to watch the rugby, and didn’t realise quite how close the hotel was to the stadium. The hotel itself was very nice, the staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags until the room was ready to check in to. The shower is amazingly spacious with good water pressure as this can often be an issue in other hotels. The room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Leicester

This waterfront location can't be beat. We enjoyed our time here immensely ~especially the huge breakfast spread.

Overall the food/drinks facilities and the bedroom were excellent. However, the elevator refurbishment was very poorly managed, and was difficult to navigate. The front desk staff were efficient but brisk and not very inviting in representing the hotel. Was surprised to spend nearly £20 for a Malibu and coke and rose wine. Would think twice about returning.

Beautiful shepherds hut! Had everything we needed for perfect couple of nights away! Cosy bed, kitchen area and ensuite, great area for walking.
