Room was clean. No house keeping whatsoever on my 4 night stay!!! Aircon keeps going on and off during the night. Even when you set it to fan level 1 it still automatically overrides it to auto. Fridge/wine cooler is incredibly noisy and the light on it is so bright it was switched off. I was expecting to have some form of crockery/cutlery given it is advertised as a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher. However the dishwasher was a sink! Pointless laying extra for grand vacations when you get the same at the standard doubletree. Aircon in the main lobby and communal areas was overwhelmed on my arrival and for 2 days. Starbucks inside is reasonable prices. Outdoor pool doesn’t get that much sun and you need to time it right if you want to get some. Visited early September.
