Pool and hot tub were dirty. In the room the carpet was gross. Side doors to where you park wouldn’t open. I can’t walk good but she said the downstairs was full. Only a few cars in parking lot so I know that was bs. Would never get my business again!!!!

Best Western Lubbock West Inn & Suites
Extremely dirty, blood on the sheets, unknown stuff all over the shower curtain. After the first few trips to the front desk for replacements, we decided we couldn’t stay there and getting a refund had been impossible. i’m not one to leave reviews but this has been a horrible experience.
