When we first arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy. Our room had a funny smell and it was somewhat clean. Floors were a little dirty and table. Beds were clean and comfortable.

We booked this hotel because it had an "excellent" rating with 1000 reviews. The front desk person was great. However, the common areas were not clean. The elevator was especially dirty. The bathtub was very old and not clean. I have always trusted the ratings on hotels.com but this one was a miss. The multiple "10/10" reviews and "liked: cleanliness" are very misleading. After our stay I went back to look at other reviews in detail. The Aug 4 "poor" review has photos that were very similar to our experience. I would hope the management would take note and clean up the facility to make it "excellent" rather than bury any negative comments with misleading "10/10" excellent reviews. For future Hotels.com stays I will look closer at the specific reviews before booking.

Hotel was okay at best. Room had a mildew smell in it. Towels were pink and not white. Floor tiles were loose. Some light bulbs in room were burnt out.

The bed was dirty, the bathrooms were covered with rust and mold. The floors were not vacuumed. They were playing inappropriate shows on the TV in the lobby with my 8 year old present. The outside of the building was unkept. Tall grass around the property. The lobby person was very nice and try to accommodate the uncleanliness but it resulted in a refund and we did not stay there.
