Pool and hot tub were dirty. In the room the carpet was gross. Side doors to where you park wouldn’t open. I can’t walk good but she said the downstairs was full. Only a few cars in parking lot so I know that was bs. Would never get my business again!!!!

Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking given the positive reviews we had read beforehand. We arrived with high hopes, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were hairballs in the shower, ripped and stained sheets, and towels that were stained and barely folded. We found a dirty towel balled up on the floor behind the closet door. Several areas of the room had what appeared to be months’ worth of compacted dust, as if they had not been wiped down in a very long time. There were brown stains on the outside of the toilet and red stains on the lampshade. To make matters worse, there was lotion mounted inside the shower instead of body wash. There was also no hair dryer in the room, which required me to call down and request one — something I have never had to do at a hotel before. The bed was, without exaggeration, the hardest bed I have ever laid on in my life. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress and made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. When the air conditioner turned on, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled gas fumes, which was concerning. Unfortunately, the issues were not isolated to our room. The floors in the elevator and throughout the hotel were visibly dirty. The breakfast area was poorly maintained and offered very limited options. Would not recommend at all.

Dirty room, bathroom had tooth paste splattered on mirror/faucet. Shower was very dirty, grime on the track of the sliding door, used bar soap from previous guests, the entire room needed dusting, the cloth chair was very dirty. Got bottle water from front desk and candy. Had to do two seperate transactions since employee couldn’t do it in one transaction for unknown reason. Only one ice machine worked.

Check in took forever. They took at least 5 minutes to check me in and I had reservations. The room was poorly cleaned. Towel has a huge yellow stain. They were old and need thrown away. Pillows were old and flat. Room smelled. Had a huge patch on the wall. AC thermostat didn’t work. Had to adjust it from the unit. When you complain about the room, staff was basically like sorry but housekeeping is gone. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was supportive, but the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and frankly alarming. We checked in and immediately found that the bed was visibly stained through the linens, the shower was covered in mold, and there was trash and what appeared to be someone’s fake fingernail under the edge of the bed. Every flat surface in the room was covered in dust, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Given the state of the room, we felt it was unsanitary and unsafe to stay and left immediately to book accommodations elsewhere. When we requested a refund for our three-night stay, no manager was available on site. The front desk staff stated they could not reach a manager, and even Expedia was unable to get in contact with anyone authorized to approve the refund. As of now, we have not heard from a manager and have not received a refund, despite the room being clearly uninhabitable. This experience was unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in basic cleanliness, oversight, and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here and expect prompt resolution and refund for charges incurred for a room that could not be used.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked into our room only to find a big hair ball in the "clean" sheets, dirty floors, and crispy sheets. Moved to anther room only to find poop in the toliet and smeared lord knows what on the head board. We checked out with no refund! Left only to find the cops there dealing with another matter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Well, first of all, I tried to call this Hotel about 20 times and no one ever answered. I needed to make changes to my room, but could never speak to anyone to do so. Once we did check into the room, the room was filthy. There was items left under the sheets in the bed and the bathroom shower was full of hair. I will never come back to this hotel.
