Room was smelling like spices...no carpet cleaning no room service for next 3 days we stayed.

The room was very clean and newly renovated. Family friendly setup with fast responding staff. Area is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Service was mediocre at best!

A stunning stay right in the centre of Toronto. This hotel was almost brand new when we went. All the staff were great and really friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean and really nice and modern. Location is excellent, just an easy 10-15 minute walk from the CN tower. Breakfast was a massive bread of all sorts of options from hot, cold, continental and everything in between. Loads of restaurants for dinner nearby and the staff were really helpful in giving us some recommendations of different cuisines. Only slight issue was no dedicated parking so had to find our own space at extra cost but there's plenty of garages nearby.

My main issue was there was no shower curtain or rod in my bathroom, then when I asked the hosts for one they said they would bring one and never did in two days. I messaged again and would get no response. Thin stairway up to the rooms with a floorboard missing on one of the stairs. Also not a big deal to me but I know others may have a problem that the sink is in the rooms themselves, not the bathroom.
