"Low Cost Motel in the Very Expensive Monterey area"
This is a simple, stay a couple nights Motel. My room was clean (It had laminate floors which was kind of a pain during the rainy season). AC/heat is a wall unit. It worked fine but was loud. Furnishings were a bit dated, some of it felt like Dorm Room furniture. I would stay again, just limit your explanations. You get what you pay for.

It's a older hotel. Close to everything. Bed comfortable, room clean, bathroom large w/o any musty smell and breakfast simple but tasty. Fringe works. Staff really nice. Made our stay. A good place to park ones body after a long day out.
