Given an occupied room and walked into a family sleeping around 1am in the morning. Alot of confusion by both parties and could have led to a dangerous situation with a family sleeping having people walk in on them. Not offered anything or compensated for this concerning/dangerous situation. Only an apology for the mizlx up after walking fully into a room in the middle of night with a family sleeping that nearly led to a hostile situation by the father in there and understandbly so with unknown people walking into your room.

Nice location where you can walk around the lake in the morning. Shower was nice; plenty of water coming softly. Nice variety of breakfast items. Freshly brewed coffee although you have to wait a few minutes😄

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The swimming pools and hot tub were a highlight, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff who made sure we always had clean towels. Beyond the amenities, we really enjoyed the social aspect, making new friends during our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering something for everyone. A special shout-out to the front desk team for their outstanding service – they were so welcoming and handled all our requests with ease. Pubes and dirty!!!!

There was pubic hair in bathroom. Nails clipping in bed sheets. Door would not close. Curtains wouldn’t close exposed my family. Felt unsafe.

It was very convenient due to the location of everything around us. Maybe if there was some type of weather stripping around the door to keep the sound out, but you can hear everything outside the door. That was the only problem. Everything else was Great
