"Repeat guest"
This was our second time staying at this hotel. We stayed again because we liked the service provided, rooms were very clean and centrally located to the event we were attending. The restaurant service was great, they were attentive to our needs and no long waiting. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful in giving suggestions of things to do, restaurants in the area as well as shopping.

"Clean and Nice"
We were looking for practical lodging near the San Jose airport and Santa Clara University, this was a perfect fit for us. The hotel staff was friendly and thoughtful & available 24 hrs. The neighborhood and parking area felt safe and there were lots of dining options nearby. The owners have done a nice job keeping the hotel up to date, with comfortable beds, good room lighting, fridge and microwave and a nice bathroom area. The hotel also had a nicely maintained area for a breakfast & a small office area with PC and printer. Many of the guests seemed to be families or professionals on travel.

"Great hotel with one major drawback"
This is a great hotel, especially for families. The major drawback is that half the hotel fronts a very large, loud highway. If you are on the 'plaza' side you will be fine. Street side is too loud. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is very good compared to other suite style properties. Free newspapers, parking and wifi make it well priced. The staff is not super friendly - it seems like they are very accustomed to dealing with unhappy folks who are on the noisy side - I left a day early.

    Explore Santa Clara

It can be hard to tell where Santa Clara begins and San Jose ends, but one thing's for sure: you’re right in the heart of Silicon Valley. Home to some of the biggest names in tech, Santa Clara attracts many a business traveler – but it's by no means "all work and no play.”

When you're ready to have some serious fun – especially with kids – California's Great America offers big-time roller coasters, a water park and all the other staples of a major amusement park. Santa Clara is also where you'll find Levi's Stadium, opened in 2014 as the new home of the San Francisco 49ers.

Santa Clara has a historical side, too. Founded in 1777, the town was named after Mission Santa Clara de Asís, one of the 21 Spanish missions built in California. Although the original mission is long gone, the site holds a chapel built in 1929, which you can stop by for a visit when you need a break from the high-tech buzz.
