The person in the front was nice. Walked in the room, it hand a musky smell that wouldnt go away. I bought a room deodorizer and it didnt help at all. Following morning, I woke up, no hot water in the shower even after letting it run. Oh well..

The room was filthy. We should have left and went elsewhere but keep in mind it was Super Bowl weekend and not much affordable options were available. Clean!!! Friendly staff, safe environment. The cleaning person knocked so hard, then forcibly tried to enter the room ready to clean before 10 AM. We were trying to catch up on sleep after being sleep-deprived for many days! She left after finding out that she couldn't completely open the door wide due to the door stopper. Sometimes this is the only decent time and place to get some decent sleep.

1) We arrived early, before check in and they refused to hold our bags. 2) The a/c unit dropped onto the bathroom counter, soaking anything on it. Alerted front desk and they did nothing. 3) Bathroom fan was broken. Alerted front desk and they did nothing. 4) Mattress was very uncomfortable.

The sheets weren’t changed when I first arrived. There were hairs on the sheets. I then asked front desk to change them but they didn’t. They said they did but they didn’t because I noticed the same dirty markings on the sheet.
