for the room cleaning what I don’t like the pillow and sheets never changed I was sleeping on the dirty pillow close and same sheets for four days I asked to the customer service attendant for clean the room for me when I live the hotel in the morning at the night coming back the room was never touched the next day they changed only towels the sheet and pillow case was dirty I just sleep on the top of the comforter and live the hotel today I had to back to my work.

The receptionist graciously upgraded my deluxe room to a premium suite, which was spacious, nice, and quiet! I would’ve appreciated an in-hotel laundromat, but fortunately, there was one around the corner. I’d stay here again the next time I vacation in Silicon Valley.
