I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Everything was great except, lunch Buffet was over run on Sunday with day pass guests.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and overall we had a nice experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. It’s right in the heart of the city, and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and many of the main attractions. We booked a room with a Jacuzzi, but unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it because there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from it. We reported the issue but decided not to use it. Our room phone also wasn’t working, and one of the bathroom lights went out during our stay. We notified the front desk about both issues, but neither was fixed before we checked out. Another small disappointment was that we requested additional bottled water one evening, but it was never delivered. We also found out at checkout that everything in the mini fridge was available for purchase, but there wasn’t a menu or price list in the room letting us know there would be charges. Something to keep in mind is that there is no elevator. We stayed on the top floor (about the fourth floor), so carrying luggage up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal. The hotel has two small pools and a rooftop bar. During our stay, no one was really using the pools, and the rooftop bar never opened, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the location was definitely the highlight of our stay. If I were to visit again, I would probably skip the Jacuzzi room since we didn’t get to enjoy that feature. Despite a few maintenance and service issues, the hotel was clean.
