Peaceful stay with great views and friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Isla Soy. The location is excellent, with nice views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hotel itself is great, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit — the service was one of the highlights. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have a few extra amenities or activities so the stay doesn’t feel limited if you’re there for several days. Breakfast was good, but a bit restricted in options. Also, they charge for almost any extra, including basic items like mayonnaise and ketchup, which felt a little excessive. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely come back. The combination of the peaceful setting, nice views, and welcoming staff made the stay enjoyable.

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Everything was great except, lunch Buffet was over run on Sunday with day pass guests.

Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones, en la recepción tanto Omar como la recepcionista fueron muy amables en todo momento.

No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. It was a nice place to stay and the food was good, unfortunately I had a problem with the air conditioning going on and off. However the did try to fix it and also agreed to switch our room. They were very helpful and accommodating and that was commendable.
