Very comfortable place, no carpets. Near train station. A little noisy as we could hear our neighbours

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Suisse! Everything from the warm hospitality to the incredible location was exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the location simply cannot be beat. Waking up to the beauty of Nice and being steps away from everything made our experience even more special. From the service to the cleanliness, location, and overall atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. Hotel Suisse was the perfect place to stay during our time in Nice, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Website said elevator, our room was a up a flight of stairs (thankfully only one). Staff were extremely helpful for check in/we were able to leave our bags there upon arrival and departure. Rooms were redone but still old, pillows uncomfortable, and no iron in the room. Overall it was clean and cozy for two travellers so I would recommend it. One caveat is that it had very odd and racially insensitive figurines in our section of the hotel. I.e. native heads and black caricature figurines. That would never fly in an American hotel, really don’t know what they were doing there…

Location was amazing and centrally located with croissants in the morning and a central water cooler which was excellent to refill our water bottles during the heat wave in Nice. Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you ask and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell, but this seems quite common in France.. Staff were extremely helpful ahead and during our stay via Whatsapp when we were inquiring about transfer services and any issues we had during our stay. Keep in mind there’s usually nobody at the desk unless someone is checking in. Overall, would absolutely recommend this hotel and room was better than we expected for 3 person stay with 3 big checked luggage.

The hotel is very traditional and is a bit unkempt, it needs a bit of TLC, but overall the position is perfect, its clean and the staff are very nice.
