Nice hotel. Pricey though and rooms very small - even though we had an Executive room. Staff very pleasant. Didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. We ate breakfast across at Calis Cafe which was excellent.

The rooms, sheets, towels, bathrooms and other in room amenities are very clean. The pillows and sheets smelled like urine and most of the towels had stains. The shower did not drain well and it had mold in some areas. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Jay Hotel by HappyCulture. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel atmosphere was fantastic. The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from cafes and the beach. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a separate living area, bedroom, and a wonderful balcony. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Good location close to a couple great restaurants. A/c works well. Staff tries but doesn’t always get job done. Water in shower wouldn’t drain and told them about it and was not fixed. Was not able to take a shower after touring and before checking out the next day. Also had the shower door come off and on me when showering. Wasn’t hurt but not what is expected from a “4 star” property.
