Monaco is vertical. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from Carre D’or shopping district and the Monte Carlo Casino. Great dining options nearby. The city bus (super clean) picks up and drops off a block from the hotel - super convenient for going to the old city and Prince’s Palace, the harbour, Japanese Garden, Casino, shopping, etc. loved the pool area too. Common area has a nice bar and pool table. Hotel is nicely styled. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is very expensive but available.

Location was amazing and centrally located with croissants in the morning and a central water cooler which was excellent to refill our water bottles during the heat wave in Nice. Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you ask and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell, but this seems quite common in France.. Staff were extremely helpful ahead and during our stay via Whatsapp when we were inquiring about transfer services and any issues we had during our stay. Keep in mind there’s usually nobody at the desk unless someone is checking in. Overall, would absolutely recommend this hotel and room was better than we expected for 3 person stay with 3 big checked luggage.

It’s a good 3 star hotel with nice staff in a great location.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort out any issues. The wifi was down when we stayed but they sorted out an alternative. Extra nice touches like the water bottles that you could filed with fresh cold water and take to your room and chocolates left on your bed. Very easy to hop on a bus or a tram down to the centre or you can walk for about 15-20 mins instead. Very good value for our stay.

Have stayed here previously and loved it however on this occasion it seemed a bit run down and unclean compared to our last visit.
