The location is fab. The views are worth the walk up the hill. The view will take your breath away. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the money. The room was large, and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with requests/info about the train back to Zurich. When we stayed the train from ZHB was not in service, however the walk to Selnau station was convenient. The walk from Uetliberg was beautiful and part of the experience.

We knew we wanted a room with a view when traveling to Wengen, in fact we reserved rooms with view for all out Switzerland trip. This was by far the best view for the whole trip. It is funny but I think the hotel actually undersold the view we were going to get from the Jungfrau View room. The room itself is perfectly fine, a little rustic, and there is no AC, but the view is FANTASTIC. Do yourself a favor and book this view, you will be happy you did. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly. Great location and facilities.

Very beautiful hotel with an spectacular view of the Jungfrau Region. The staff was always available upon our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. If visiting this hotel please call in advance to help you with your luggage from Wengen Station.

Kevin from the front desk was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were dry and salty. The rooms were small. The cleaning staff needs training. The room amenities never got placed . Oh wait, something dis get left- a used cleaning rag on the toilet. This is not meant to be a mean review . The location is perfect. The hotel itself is very sweet after the renovation is complete, with better staff, it could be a true gem.
