Staff & breakfast very good. Nice location, but due to building maintenance/repair we could not open a window and it was hot. Small room a/c not very effective

Great location, everything is easily walkable right out the door. Clean, comfortable room and delicious and generous breakfast.

The bed i n my room is old, I can feel laying on spring, although they later put a topper on it. I was not able to get good sleep , because I cant sleep when its hot. The AC is not central and barely working, its more like a fan. I told the lady at the front dest, she said she will send someone to look at it but never did. I also did not appreciate the defensiveness when I complained about the bed, phone not working and AC is not working, The lady made a statement "no one has complained before." That was a tad rude. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is decent.
