Prestatyn Vacation Packages

Booked this hotel mainly for the parking , as my husband is disabled unfortunately you had to pay £7.50 a night for thi privalige. The car park was round the back of the hotel and no where near a door to access the hotel so was quite a walk. The spaces were very tight which is ok if you have a small to medium car, but ours is quite a big one, so in the end we decided to park on the street, whch actually cost us nothing with my husband having a blue badge. Other than that the hotel was ok, we have stayed in better and we have stayed in worse. The beds were very comfy so couldnt fault that. Didnt realise we had to book the restaurant in advance so we missed out on eating there on the Friday night. The breakfast was ok ,the food was nice but would have preferred it to be self service. However dont think I would return to this hotel, mainly due to the parking issue.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

All staff were helpful and friendly. The Courtyard room was very quiet, beds were a bit hard for our liking ( but that’s down to personal preference). Bath towels were big and very fluffy. The hot water was very hot. Toilet paper was of inferior quality. The breakfast had a good options choice, however, dinner menu choice was a bit restricted ( check the web site so you know in advance) but if staying for a 3-4 day break then it would be more than adequate.

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out. Convenient location. This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc. A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.
