Star was wonderful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Really lovely decor and furnishings. Hot water temporarily not working in my room and so I was immediately given a key to another room to shower. It is a small and very quiet hotel with a bed that was very comfortable for me so I slept very well. Thankfully for those like myself that can't carry suitcases up stairs there is a lift. Breakfast is served promptly in a a beautifully decorated room with art books to peruse if you choose. The only minor point is that I would have liked maybe just one hot item but the meat and cheese were of a good quality. The hotel is right in the centre a five minutes walk from Gare Flandres and only 10 from Gare Europe. I would return again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Carlton. The staff are friendly and helpful. Meal in the restaurant was lovely and the location is perfect. Plus breakfast was good quality and lots of variety

Arriving at this hotel was greeted by a young man who made us feel welcome. Spoke English and ibis should be proud of a great staff member. He gave us a welcome pack for the Lille braderie which had maps and bus times, restaurants. So organised, The room was clean and modern and we had dinner downstairs and sane young man produced an English menu.Breakfast was fantastic so much choice. would stay again and recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel located very close to EuraLille station. From the mountain I walked in the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate while still being cozy and warm. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are equipped with lots of lovely touches and the toiletries were top quality. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.
