Brilliant stay for a mini getaway, stayed in the Privilege room and it was stunning, staff were very attentive and the food was very tasty, would recommend, only bad thing is the TV is a very simple tv with freeview with no access to the Internet or apps besides from that amazing stay!

Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message. Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays. Golf course looked nice though

The kitchen was closed on my stay so very limited food for dinner & no breakfast which was a shame as the hotel staff & room & place was brilliant.

Excellent 2 night stay in Superior Room overlooking the fields. Massive room with air con, all facilities & amenities 10/10 - restaurant & breakfast top notch, patio area was great in the warm weather. By far the best hotel stay in the area, we’ve tried them all !

We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty. At the end of the stay we had to take all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
