"Nice hotel in a great location."
What a pleasant, friendly little hotel this turned out to be ! The location was excellent, St Marks square plus all restaurants, cafes, shops etc literally on the doorstep ! The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff very friendly and courteous. The breakfast each morning was a treat, anything you could want ! Would highly recommend.

"Great hotel, perfect location"
Palazzo Veneziano is a real find. The hotel itself is lovely and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful - we were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The facilities are great and breakfast was plentiful and excellent (free Prosecco available for the brave !) The room was well appointed and the bathroom was superb - mood lighting in the shower was a first. The hotel was remarkably quiet for an Italian Hotel - we thought it was empty until we went to breakfast on the first day and found it was full. We also had a small canal right outside our bedroom window, and could watch gondolas go by. There were plenty of nice restaurants and bars within a very short distance, and the vaporetto service was easily acessed to go futher afield, travel passes recommended. A day touring the islands - Murano, Burano and Torchello - was a wonderful experience. All the main sites were well within walking distance but the best thing to do is go off the main drag and wander as much as possible - while lost we stumbled across La Fenice Theatre and managed to watch a rehearsal for an upcoming opera . Venice is unforgettable - but if you don't like crowds you may want to think again !

"Great Staff"
Lovely and helpful staff, sharing their knowledge of Venice. Laundry service was excellent and cheap. Parking across the road for 5 euro a night (collected by hotel) was a great surprise. Hotel is close to train station and easy walk to the old town of Padova. Great base location for Venice, just don't forget to explore Padova as well.

"Very nice hotel, Excellent if you have a car"
This hotel is amazing. The price is very low compared to what you get. It is located in the industrial city in Padova near an IKEA (industrial city is very nice and calm by the way). Area is very calm and has an amazing mountain view. If you have a car, it is the perfect hotel to visit both venice and padova. about 22 mins drive to venice and 8-10 mins drive to church of saint Anthony in padova downtown with a very easy access to the highway. Breakfast was amazing and room was great. Staff are good and speak good english. All in all great stay and would recommend to everyone.

"Wonderful stay just outside of Venice"
Hotel is literally across the street from the train station that goes to Venice and elsewhere, wonderfully convenient location. We caught the train into Venice one day and the high speed train to Rome the next. Breakfast was very good. Hotel condition was outstanding. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, although a bit slow. Only real complaint was the bathrooms were a little small/awkward, but nothing that really made our stay uncomfortable.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Piove di Sacco hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
