The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and it was very spacious and well equipped. The location was great and could easily get to all the key spots. It was quiet. I think the apartment could do with a few touch ups but other than that it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Venice! We also enjoyed the breakfast which we thought was excellent value for money especially when considering the price of breakfast elsewhere in Venice if you went out for it in the cafes near by!!

The room was small, which is understandable but it was also super hot! The A/C did not work, and when we opened the window, the room was full of mosquitoes. No fans or cooling options in the room. The rooms also didn’t have a safe. The hotel asked us to leave our room keys with them whenever we left our room. The breakfast was bad. Some of the food didn’t seem to be fresh. Location was great. Lots of shops around and very close to Basilica di San Marco. Overall, would not recommend!

Check in staff was friendly and room was clean were the positives. But do not stay here. Very not recommended. Negatives were that although booking days AC is available, it locked is and off end of October which we were not informed of when booking. That sounds a reasonable time frame, until you realize it was over 70 degrees F that day and we were on the fifth floor, so all the heat rose in that building. When we tried opening a window, a crowd of mosquitos trickled into the room and began biting us. We called the front desk at 1:30 am, covered in sweat and baking in the room unable to sleep. It was at least 80 degrees F in the room at that point. We asked if he could provide a plug in fan after explaining the situation. The front office staff member was dismissive and rude. He said “just open a window.” We told him about the twenty some mosquitos we had killed in the room biting us already. We asked him to come look at the thermostat. He refused initially, saying he was too busy with people coming in—at 1:30 am mind you. When he did come out, he acknowledged that he could feel how sweltering the room was. He said all the plug in fans were locked up for winter some where and he didn’t have time to look for them. He backed out the door while we were talking to him, lacking any empathy or solutions, saying he was going back to his desk and would find us another hotel for that night. This was completely his idea, never called us back. Only slept 2-3 hrs

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room. There was only 1 outlet in the room at the desk at the foot of the bed. They provided an extension cord for my husbands cpap machine, but charging our devices was complicated and inconvenient. The bathroom was very small and you had to climb over the toilet to get in the shower. It was very clean with a nice hot shower, though.

Our room was very clean. Electric kettle with teas& instant coffee was good. The only complaint in room 405 was the proximity of sink to toilet. It was difficult to get up because it was SO close to sink. I'd imagine a bidet wouldn't be needed as much, that space would be better suited for the toilet. Robes & slippers were a nice touch.

An excellent place to explore Venice. Just a few minutes from St. Marks square. Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel facilities were excellent. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and drink available. The late afternoon coffee break was a nice extra.

Wonderful Hotel

We had a great time and this location was perfect. Very clean and welcoming staff. We had help with luggage all the way from our water taxi. Concierge offers complimentary boat ride to Miami glass factory. It was fascinating!! Definitely would book again.
