Everything was very nice: room, staff, amenities. Breakfast was good, planty of choices. The location is not close to the main attractions BUT is 2 minutes of walk for Tronchetto vaporetto that goes straight to the ferry station or San Marco… Very convienent.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good. Restaurant basically fast food, you have to order with phone, they deliver to table, limited menu. No other restaurants available. Close to water buses, to anywhere in Venice. In all a good stay.

Hotel is quite new, breakfast is good and staff is nice & helpful. Location is near Vaporetto station, but quite far from pl. Roma if you walk there to take buses to go to airport; Uber from hotel to VCE airport may cost €60.

Some of the chargers in the room didn't work. Not many amenities in the room. They had not emptied the trash in the bathroom that was gross Have some one available to help with luggage. A few employees were quite rude. Really the only thing good about this place was the location next to the water taxi which was only like a 20 minute rid to Marco Polo square.

Room was so clean. Breakfast was exceptional!! They had a wide variety for breakfast every day. They also offered lunch, dinner, drinks, and vending for all your needs! They have a great gym on the bottom floor and water bottle fillers on each floor. It is located right across the bridge so cars can pick you up/drop off from the airport. It is also a few minutes walk away from the people mover/ferry dock so you can get anywhere around venice very quickly. It also offers great sunset views nearby. Highly recommend!!

We were given two rooms and he described our views, as one water and one garden when we went to the floor it was wrong rooms. We had no views. Our first evening we went to the restaurant and our food arrived very late, other parties at our table received food order before others. Mine was incomplete when I finally received , atrocious. The server appeared to not be aware then a manager came and offered us pizza and a drink but couldn’t understand why so many tables around us were able to be served. Staff was fine, breakfast eggs definitely need to be improved very watery, I chose this hotel because I am a Hilton member and I was disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it

Modern hotel with well appointed rooms and convenient access to the vaporetto (water bus). Proximity to the train station was convenient and easily accessed after a 10-15 minute ride on the vaporetto. Hotel had a nice size lounge area with a bar and live music. Breakfast time was busy depending on the time you went and the wait for access to the coffee machine was long. Food selection was very good, high quality and fresh. Staff at the hotel were very helpful.
