The resort was beautiful and had awesome staff! The pools were clean and great fun. We had two rooms and both had soiled carpet and the tubs did not drain. In room 1216, the small sink had a horrendous oder, sewer smell. The parking was challenging but there was the NAM pageant so it was understandable.

Okay, overpriced for what you get. Great people work there! Although it was too big of a property, no towels at the pool. Housekeeping didn’t do everything, only seemed to empty trash (never all) and provided new towels, they did not turn down beds nor get old towels. (That was interesting) but not a bad experience.
