I booked this hotel that touted itself as resort. The condition of the room was deplorable. The toilet didn't flush, the bathroom faucet leaked, bottles of hand lotion that fell off the wall, the ceiling had water stains, the pool was filthy and had cracked and missing tiles, the door lock was previously broken into. In general the entire property was filthy. We notified the management of these problems and they never even responded. I can't believe that they rented this room to anyone. I spent about $2,800 for this garbage of a facility, don't waste your money here.

Great little resort

Great place, we enjoyed our weekend here. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. We appreciate the Saturday DJ at the pool. The restaurant is convenient and delicious. All the staff were very friendly. The shuttle is a huge perk! We will definitely be back.

Wish I could rate 4.5. The resort is very big. It's lovely. Very pretty. Incredible fitness center and a very nice pools with hot tubs. Very convenient location. The thing I didn't like was the air air conditioning kind of never shuts off and you can't just open a door or window. So the room noise is kind of loud. The room was comfortable. The coffee maker was crap. It was quiet and we liked it except for those things.

Facility was nice and clean. Overpriced for amenities. No washer/dryer available in the entire facility for guest to use. Strange given such nice workout areas and long-term stay feel not to have washer/dryer on property for guests. Rooms do not have microwaves. Even drinks at convenience self-serve market 7.50 for beverage can. Staff was generally very friendly and kind.
