Cleaning staff was great, view was really nice. Property was nice. But the not so nice, seen a scorpion that was kinda scary. Seen 3 cockroaches, 2 pretty big spiders. Kinda sucks you have to ask the staff to turn on the hot tub. Min fridge/bar treats pretty expensive. Getting to and from the place was a bit of a mission. But over all would stay there again.

The property staff, Mr. Aurelio and his wife Mary has been the best hosts we ever had!!! They were very courteous, friendly and always ready to help us with ours needs. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast real exquisite, specially the coffee and chocolate and of course pet friendly. The dining room was very comfortable and the garden area and jacuzzi well kept. The location was perfect for our schedule since we were only 35 minutes away from Panaca, 10 minutes away from Parque del Cafe and 30 minutes away from La Recuca Park our three destination. In general we give Hospedaje El Recuerdo a 10+ and recommend it to family members and friends for future trips. Thank you very much to Aurelio, Mary and of course señor Hector, the owner for a warm and relax welcome to his hacienda👍 Looking forward to see you in the near future.

Todo en orden

The staff was wonderful.

Amazing room service, great prices great ambience, the wellness center is a must-visit place. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel.

We upgraded to the room with the jacuzzi, and it was absolutely worth it! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming—we truly felt like family during our stay. The fresh breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location, very close to Armenia and not far from towns like Salento. Overall, we had an amazing stay. And the shower was such a cool and unique experience! We would definitely come back.
