The stay was better than expected. The check in process was smooth as everything was electronic and check in process and codes available to us before we even reached. The place was clean, amenities were great and every need was considered for our stay, whether it was dishwasher pods or laundry detergent packs. The room view was spectacular, and the property did well to accommodate my request for a lower floor room & still managed to give us a room with an excellent view. The lift worked fine and parking was very convenient. It was a shame that we did not have enough days to spend at a lovely place.

The property was very nice. Beautiful flowers and very clean. Front staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice. A fairly close walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Banff. All in all we enjoyed the hotel part of the lodge. I would avoid the Evergreen restaurant and bar at all costs. They were short staffed during our entire day, which led to delays in service or in some cases no service at all. The most disappointing part of our entire trip was the restaurant and bar.

Quite, safe, cozy. My son love the loft. We have a great stay. Will definitely comeback.

Recently we stayed here and it was okay. Nothing really stood out except that the pool area was kept really clean. The AC did not work on our 2nd day and I had to ask multiple times if someone could come to our unit. Finally at shift change a very helpful staff member sent someone. The AC itself is VERY LOUD when on and just in the night..,the fan was loud too. By the third night I could actually sleep. It was a great place for what you pay, but next time I will just stay near the Airport. The room itself was A LOT smaller than we were expecting. The area was a little worse than I expected, even for a downtown. Tho it was nice to be able to walk and enjoy the what downtown has to offer, and the train station was so close, I would not recommend doing that at night. There is a Tim Hortons across the street and a Convenience store as well.
