First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty.

Fine for a 1 night Check in and out in the morning fine as long as don’t think in a premier inn after that or want something a bit more stylish then not for you

Though the building was very unclean - especially dirt stained carpet inside the building and unpleasant smell, the actual room and enclosed facilities were clean. I struggled to settle and sleep the first night as my room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, as though previous guest had been smoking in it (discreetly). My room was located on 1st floor (couldn’t have been from outside smoke). I experienced good customer service. Well located with ease of public transport.

Refused to give us check in location etc until we'd provide passport details online for all guests, not just lead booker, was not stated this would be required before it was booked and paid, and after we stated we did not have this for one first they became unresponsive until after check in would have been, also the pre check in form they sent states that the advertised check out time is a additional cost, avoid these scammers.

Me and my daughter stayed here just for the one night , we didn’t expect much as it’s advertised as a 3 * hotel but omg we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was , staff were really nice and helpful on all aspects of our stay , now I know the hotel is like this I won’t stay anywhere else , it was perfect and the breakfast was amazing before we left aswell . Should deffo be more than 3* but highly recommend
