I was very impressed with how nice/ modern and clean this hotel was for the price it can not be beat

The carpet in the room was very old and peeling up off the floor. Pieces of the stairs were breaking off. We did not use any of the amenities. The overall structure was dilapidated. The manager was also not trustworthy. He lied multiple times about not charging me a fee; reassured me that he would take care of it, and never did. So many hotels are offering continental breakfast and this one does not. I would not recommend staying here.

A welcoming text was sent by Sara, which provided necessary information for access code to the assigned room, a reminder about Wi-Fi info and accessibility to be reached. I walked in and the room was exactly as shown in the picture. Cute as can be! Joe, the maintenance fella was in the neighborhood and worked with me to get the AC unit a little cooler during the heat dome which was currently toasting 33 states! Heavens to Betsy it was a warm one. The room was so charming and the diffuser they had in the room had wonderful light options and refreshing scent. I am now convinced that I need to start looking for a diffuser. Loved it! The pillows were fantastic and in my perfect world, the mattress would’ve been just a wee bit more firm. If I have a need to be back in the neighborhood, I would definitely stay at the Halifax Inn again.

Book these rooms during the week for a work trip the price was right everybody enjoyed their rooms courteous Service very clean location. Great way to make a trip fantastic. Can’t wait to go back with my spouse.

Wouldn’t stay there again

This is our second time staying at this property and we just love it. We love that we have so much space on the studio room with a full kitchen. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful.
