The staff was not helpful, charged me another night even tho i paid up front from 7/1/26-7/10/26. I fo not recommend this place.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. But could not accommodate breakfast well for the number of guest.

Love staying at the Aurora Inn.

The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was clean, staff was accommodating. We did have to go downstairs and retrieve a set of sheets for the sofa bed in our room. Also there were no bellhops available, but overall we had a nice stay.

It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture.

My toilet ran all night so a good night sleep was not had, I was up all night. To have a suite and not sleep wall was disappointing. I did tell staff as I checked out but they didn’t see to accommodate or make things right but what could they do? The outside pool was not clean at all, my kids wouldn’t even step into it. It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.
