It could have been so good. However the following small but significant issues occurred 1. Checkin person never told us about the cookies and stout and check in - had to ask for myself 2. No wifi in room. Still not sure if there was an issue or thats just the way it is. Never got a clear answer after numerous inquiries 3. No fitted sheet on bed - only a sheet (too small to tuck in) on top of mattress. Fun waking up to sleeping on a mattress! 4. No hot breakfast on one of the days It's a great place - but small details matter. Didn't do much to correct anything

Great location. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops close by. Beautiful city park in walking distance. Inside was cozy. While there was a laptop table, a bistro table and chair would have been perfect. Very impressed overall.

Clean and comfortable and in a great location to visit restaurants and shops in Short North. Very spacious and convenient with quirky jungle themed fun!

We found the hotel to be very nice. It was attractive, comfortable, and clean and in a great location for our purposes. The coffee shop in the lobby was welcoming each morning, particularly the young man who was always there serving at 7 AM. In our room, we would have appreciated a second set of glasses to be used in the bathroom so we didn't have to bring the ones on the dresser back and forth for drinks and then bathroom use; there needs to be a trash can in both the bathroom and the general area--very annoying to have to bring any trash into the bathroom; the never-ending blower in the bathroom was loud and we had to keep the bathroom slider door shut just to have conversations and to sleep. Thanks for asking and we would return!
