Mablethorpe and Sutton Vacation Packages

Lovely hotel and staff. Pleasantly surprised by really high standards - spacious, warm room, comfy beds, excellent food and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Car park was handy too. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Only niggles were alarm going off somewhere in the building at around midnight which disrupted our sleep and hot water from bathroom sink tap was dangerously overheated.

The themed New York room was very nice! However, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival and sadly the breakfast was pretty poor. Both the juices had gone off and there were no staff around to get it changed.

Booked through hotel.com. This didn’t cover access to facilities and additional charge if £70/p person/day to use pool and spa etc so be aware!! Pool lovely. Tennis court reasonable, but surface not great. Good gym. Classes get booked up so plan in advance. Zumba class more fun than exercise. Food pretty poor, reheated pre prepared, with a few exceptions granola and yoghurt at breakfast was lovely. Some desserts were still frozen when served at dinner. Lots of people complaining about them. Rooms ok , some minor cleaning issues, none that would really bother me. Enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn’t book again.

The whole stay was excellent. Parking on site. Room absolutely spotless and lovely bar area too We’ll definitely be back !! 5⭐️

Had a really lovely time staying here. Lots to do nearby being so close to Rutland water. The food and setting was fabulous! We also enjoyed the pool.
