No jets in the "whirlpool" - no towels at the pool - did not have the room I reserved - dirty towel laying on fifth floor hallway for our entire stay - no shampoo in the room. Just an unloved property.

The room was clean except there was water all in the coffee tray thing. It obviously had leaked out and no one cleaned around it or refilled it because they would have seen all the water.
