The outside of the building was really run down. When we entered the back of the building with our room key, the door was already unlocked! Breakfast was not too good. Not sure how it had such a high review rating on Expedia.

Hampton Inn & Suites Elyria
Pool was closed and this was not disclosed when we made reservation. Room is freshly renovated the bathroom had old shower with mold. Breakfast was good and the front desk was very friendly.

Room was disgusting. Hair in the sink. Floor around the toilet was grimy. A bloody booger was on the wall. We tried calling front desk and was asked to hold. We hung up after 10 minutes. The pool was not open. Overall a poor performance from Wyndham! We stayed in Room 417. Please clean it better ...
