The cleaning service was almost non-existent, although this was probably not due to cleaning staff but company policy to cut down on cost. Almost every day we had to go to the front desk for coffee pods or TP or to ask for fresh towels or emptying of waste baskets. Our hair dryer didn't work, but it was replaced promptly by the excellent cleaning staff. Other than the infrequent maintenance of our room, we enjoyed staying there and staff members were courteous and helpful.

I would say the stay overall was okay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a bit earlier than our check in time which was super helpful. As for the room itself, it seemed damp on the floors everywhere. I told the front desk and they said it was most likely the condensation from the air conditioning. The linens even felt a little dewy and wet which made me as a textured person quite uncomfortable at times. I don’t like wet when things aren’t supposed to be wet. There was some water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom. I couldn’t ever figure out the air so we just left it at what it was or off completely. Not a terrible stay, but it definitely can use some updates. Our friend who was staying in another room said that his shower head wasn’t working properly and that his faucet was all broken too.

Disappointing

Elevator was broken. Front desk didn't tell me and there was a sign. Staff never offered to help bring my heavy bag upstairs for me. Room has stains on couch and floor. Lamps didn't work in the bedroom. I thought Wyndham was a higher level brand, but I guess I was wrong. Restaurant across street was good.

Solidly nice. Wish the blinds actually shut without having to use hair clips and the bathroom could use either a shower door or a vent/fan so the room isn’t muggy the entire time. Otherwise it was a pleasant and quiet stay.

Best sleep in 20 years!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I slept the best that I have slept in 20 years. I pillows were comfortable. The room temperature stayed consistent and cool through the night. The shower was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall ok, needs some attention to detail.

Overall this hotel was fine. The room we stayed in had some mold around the top of the bathroom. Would have appreciated a bathroom exhaust fan. The carpet needed a good shampoo. Beds were okay. Pillows were awesome. Counters and furniture were clean. Everything shined they should have.
