The hotel is in a great location, no doubt about it. This was my second stay here. The entrance was pretty dirty, but once you get inside, the property is nice. Check-in was slow, and the staff didn’t seem to be in the best mood. They came across as a little rude. However, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also very easy to get to the River Walk from the hotel. One thing to keep in mind is the valet parking. At $60 per night, I found it to be very expensive, especially since there’s parking available directly across the street for only $24. Overall, despite the check-in experience, I would consider staying here again because of the convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, and easy access to the River Walk.

Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a few things that we needed help with they went above and beyond to help solve the problems. It’s an older hotel, so it has a nice homey atmosphere. My family loved the rooms. The beds were very comfortable for us. Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely nice.

Room was clean and well maintained, staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely stay here again!!
