I stayed in the Taj Mahal Suite, beautiful room. Very good amenities and places to park at the the back of the property. Staff very friendly and Helpful would certainly stay again

We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

The staff was great I came early and they held my bags while I went shopping

What a lovely hotel! From the second we arrived we could feel the warmth and friendly atmosphere of the venue. I don't feel we've ever been so welcomed during a check-in before - Daimon and Beth were both delightful, as were all of the staff throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the views are spectacular. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere and more great service. The chicken with dauphinoise potatoes was lovely as was the excellent cheese board - the truffle brie was exceptional. The gnocchi was a little non-descript and if I had to be picky the plates were quite small. The spa area was nice and clean with clean towels, robes and slippers. And lastly we added breakfast at the last minute which was well worth the cost. All in all a great stay. We'd love to stay again.

We just stayed over for the one night, perfect clean hotel, staff are so very helpful, would definitely recommend to anybody, we will be staying there again.
