the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

I can’t stay enough good things about our stay at Villa Massis! It was slow season so it was so quiet and secluded and felt like we were VIP with the place to ourselves! Beautiful grounds and felt like a true jungle oasis! The rooms were perfect with all the needed amenities and nice artwork. I loved the separate living room space which was perfect to accommodate our 1 year old’s pack and play. We did the pontoon boat tour with them which was an all day tour and some of the most incredible and secluded views I’ve ever seen! Staff was great. Definitely recommend!

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.

Our stay here was for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Very peaceful, relaxing and accommodating. The staff was great. Justin and Ervin were great in the kitchen and bar service. The food was excellent and they were able to meet my wife's gluten free diet with every meal. Manager Barry is great and has stories for days. It really felt like a family more than a staff!!

Adult Only!! PUR is located close enough to everything but far enough to be out of hustle and bustle of San Pedro. They staff is very friendly and get to know you by name. It’s a very casual and vibrant experience. The cabanas offer a sufficient amount to privacy and with all the amenities you could possibly need. You can hide in the cabana or relax in the hammock on the porch. Food and drinks were always good!! The pool located the bar is perfect for swimming up and enjoying a nice cocktail. The staff aims to ensure you’re enjoying your stay comfortably.
