Room was tired and outdated, mould in the bathroom, stains in the bath, dusty lamps, very large water stain on the ceiling, paint peeling off the windows, damaged furniture, no air conditioning and the room was uncomfortably warm during the night. Food poor quality and very expensive for what it was ...staff were all great however, bed was comfortable.

I've stayed in many hotels across the UK over the past 50 years, and I can honestly say that Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is the finest I've ever experienced. If you can find fault with this place, I'd genuinely be amazed. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the views are beautiful, and the historic character of the hall radiates through every room. It has a warmth and elegance that's very difficult to put into words. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable. The beds and pillows provide one of the best night's sleep I've had in years, the showers have excellent water pressure, and every part of the accommodation feels luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. The spa is equally impressive. It's spacious, beautifully designed and wonderfully relaxing. Every member of staff is welcoming, attentive and clearly passionate about creating an exceptional experience. I also stepped well outside my comfort zone and booked a one-hour deep tissue full-body massage. I'd always avoided massages because I was worried someone might aggravate existing problems with my back or legs. I couldn't have been more wrong. The therapist was outstanding. I walked in with stiffness and discomfort, and walked out standing straighter than I had in months. All was great for the price and the staff were really friendly. The staff warned us about the lift that was not working and even came to see if the room was ok which it was. The highlight was the walk along the river into the city and the breakfast from the place round the corner. We will stay again if in town.

Low quality hotel and setup. Rip off prices for F1 weekend with no service. £500 for night with no breakfast included No swimming pool Whole place is tired and dated. Only positive was view from hotel bedroom and large carpark. Even the golf course was deserted which says a lot! Not worth more than £100 per night

Place is a bit shabby and could do with some updating. No air con so the room is hot Reception staff were lovely and friendly though and the room served its purpose as somewhere to sleep for our visit to Silverstone

Lovely and clean room. The breakfast was good but we had to ask for some things that had run out but it was replaced. I would definitely stay here again.
