Receptionist could have been more helpful when checking in as I had not realised I had not booked lodge with hot tub, however the lodge directly beside the lodge we stayed in was empty for the full duration of our stay. I did ask if it was possible to pay the extra to upgrade to the lodge with hot tub but I was promptly told this was not possible.
